Introduction

Dennis and George Rossi founded DGS Construction in 1983, continuing the Rossi family construction business, which was started in 1960.

George and Dennis are very involved in the day-to-day business including direct involvement with every project, usually in the Project Management portions.

DGS Construction is located in Surrey in its own facility and has most of the equipment and expertise required to properly service and support any project requirements.

DGS offers complete construction services including general contract, project and construction management. The majority of our work consists of institutional projects including an extensive school portfolio.

DGS has successfully completed school project ranging from renovations to major capital projects, in every case demonstrating our ability to complete projects on time, within budget and with quality unequaled in the industry. Whether it is a $125,000 renovation or a 35 million dollar College, our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is unquestioned and continuous throughout every project phase.

DGS employs a full time staff of 10 and employs a further 10 to 50 personnel depending on the projects underway. Most of our key personnel have been with DGS or the Rossi Family for many years, some as long as 40 years.
